有明北3-1地区は、北街区には商業を中心とした複合施設が2018年に形成される予定です。
当初、平成25年にマンションより早く、一部の商業施設が完成する予定でしたが、震災の影響か、開発が遅れています。そのため、マンションの建設の方が早くなりましたが、オリンピックの開催も決まり、素敵な商業施設が完成することがまちどうしいですね。
