【0039】スポーツ祭東京2013終了 （Sports Festival Tokyo 2013 end）

第68回国民体育大会と第13回全国障害者スポーツ大会が終了した。
残念ながら今回は有明での開催はなかった。

◆ボランティアに参加してみた感想
・集合時間が早すぎる（実際の活動の３時間前に現地入り）
・待機場所がない
・トイレ・食事の場所の確保が大変
・事前の資料が複数回に分けて配布されたため、実際に必要な情報がまとまった資料がなかったため、最重要ポイントが分かりにくかった
・手順が予定されているものから当日変わった
・初対面の人たちとのコミュニケーションは大変
・当日、無断欠席者が予定の半数もいたのはびっくり

と言う改善点は感じたたものの、地元のイベントに携わることができることは非常に有意義であった。
今回の経験をオリンピックに活かして、有明の素敵なイベントに参加したいと強く感じた。

◆ The impression that I participated in the volunteer
· ( On-site into the 3 hours prior to the actual activities ) set time is too early
・There is no waiting area　and securing the location of the toilet diet very
・In order for the material in advance has been distributed to a plurality of times , there was no material information is actually needed was settled , it was hard to understand the most important point
・ I changed the day from what procedure is scheduled
・Communication with the people of the very first meeting
・Half people of the scheduled truant surprised

Was felt improvements to say though , that you can be involved in local events was very meaningful .
I felt strongly Taking advantage of the Olympic experience of this time , and you want to participate in a wonderful event of Ariake .
